Residential Direct Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated individual who will identify/acquire potential residential customers in addition to upselling existing customers. This position offers a base salary with UNCAPPED COMMISSION! The ideal candidate will be a person who loves to interact with others, solve problemss and has excellent communications skills.

What You'll Be Doing
You will not just be selling our internet, phone, and video solutions - you’ll be helping customers find the right solution to meet their needs.
Following up on residential sales leads to convert leads to customers.
Contacting existing customers to upsell Loop’s services.
Distribute marketing materials by going door to door and having conversations with potential customers.
Attend and represent Loop at various community and marketing events to engage potential customers.
Explain to potential customers the benefit of Loop’s reliable and fast fiber network, and how Loop differentiates itself from our competitors.
Follow up with customers post installation to ensure their satisfaction, and to obtain information on potential sales leads.
Participate in driving the sales and marketing strategy of Loop by providing input on proposed products and services, and monitoring the competitive environment.

Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to initiate and develop relationships with others.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with required event participation.
Professional appearance and professional demeanor.
General understanding of internet and voice services, and a willingness to learn and understand Loop’s business offerings in depth.
Previous experience in sales especially in the telecommunications industry is highly desired.
Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience. Commission for initial sales as well as upsells - uncapped.

All tools provided by Loop and drinks/snacks provided on the job.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and to talk and hear, and lift 25 pounds or more. The associate must occasionally reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
